The Silent Health Revolution, Changing Beliefs Around Health and Wellbeing

How this knowledge needs to become common knowledge so we can free people from devastating diagnoses (you can become better)

You can play an active role in spreading this so it becomes common knowledge.

It took me +5 years to come to all these conclusions working 5 hours a day (+10.000 hours) dedicated to this, without an income. (I have no idea how I got the energy, and I could not do it once again.)

There are so so much you can do to free yourself from symptoms, and diagnoses or stay free from these.

This video was my best way of describing what is going on in the world while describing what I have been doing for the last 7 years: undermining the old beliefs around some of our worst chronic diseases and helping people to become better.

But before we go to the transcript of the video you must think back on some of the misunderstandings we have had in the past: bloodletting [the 4 humors from medieval medicine], leaving children alone in hospitals, staying in bed for weeks after operations, waiting an hour after lunch at the beach.

The knowledge we all thought was the best way to do things turned out to be pure nonsense or even damaging to people’s health.

What is at stake here is the myth that we are superior to animals and do not have instincts that can affect health. We all know about fight-flight and freeze but no one connects it to health issues.

Ben Hunt explains his ideas around common, public, and private knowledge very well here [brackets are my addings]:

The core dynamic of the Common Knowledge Game is this:

How does private knowledge become — not public knowledge — but common knowledge?

Common knowledge is something that we all believe everyone else believes. Common knowledge is usually also public knowledge, but it doesn’t have to be. It may still be private information , locked inside our own heads [We tremor/freeze due to fear, as mammals do]. But so long as we believe that everyone else believes this trapped piece of private information, that’s enough for it to become common knowledge .

The reason this dynamic — the transformation of private knowledge into common knowledge — is so important is that the social behavior of individuals does not change on the basis of private knowledge, no matter how pervasive it might be.

Even if everyone in the world believes a certain piece of private information, no one will alter their behavior. Behavior changes ONLY when we believe that everyone else believes the information. THAT’Se what changes behavior.

And when that transition to common knowledge happens, behavior changes fast.

The classic example of this is the fable of The Emperor’s New Clothes. Everyone in the teeming crowd possesses the same private information — the Emperor is walking around as naked as a jaybird. But no one’s behavior changes just because the private information is ubiquitous. Nor would behavior change just because a couple of people whisper their doubts to each other, creating pockets of public knowledge that the Emperor is naked.

In "The Emperor's New Clothes," an entire town pretends to see the extravagant clothing of their Emperor. (Art: Vilhelm Pedersen)

the only thing that changes behavior is when the little child announces the Emperor’s nudity loudly enough so that the entire crowd believes that everyone else in the crowd heard the news. That’s when behavior changes. [We tremor/freeze due to fear, and we do not heal/supress natural instincts with pills]

Help me cry out loud, so the crowd can hear the well-known fact:

We are mammals with full-blown instinct responses.
Of course, it has some health consequences to be in that state too long.

You can become better by acknowledging the above and doing all sorts of NATURAL things to get out of fight, fight, and freeze instincts, and back to a calm state again.

Transcript of the video, and some of the slides

Do you know that there's a health revolution going on around the world right now?

Do you want to get involved with this and become better regardless of what symptoms you have?

I can give you this shortcut and you can learn how to reduce symptoms in my online course.

I call the course HOPE shortcut.

As new HOPE is the only reason, you will change your daily routines and be persistent until you reach a new level of better health.

It is a shortcut because it saves you hundreds of hours of trial and error doing this on your own.

This means that you will reach your goal of smaller symptoms hundreds of hours earlier. (or stay free of longterm symptoms if you are now “healthy”)

You know, star pictures are for stars what diagnoses are for symptoms.

It was better to have a diagnosis called “Natural Instincts Response”, which probably includes 80-90% of modern diagnoses.

It's human-made groupings that have only existed for a few centuries.

And no one knows if we would draw the same pictures today.

Maybe you have noticed that a lot of diseases are divided into new variations of the disease.

That is because all people are different and have got their unique combinations of signs and symptoms.

People around the world are getting active and starting to believe that they also have a chance.

But it's still unclear what is needed to succeed.

A more clear pattern for this new knowledge forms as we speak.

More and more professionals are getting this understanding that the picture of disease is more colorful than we saw just a few years back.

It will probably take some decades before the new picture of health and diseases is accepted and implemented all the way to your local area.

Will you wait for this to happen or start your journey toward better health now?

I am Lilian Sjøberg from Copenhagen, Denmark.

I'm a certified coach and therapist helping people with Parkinson's disease get new hope and kickstart their journey toward better health.

Feel free to email me :-)

I have a background as a master in biology and I made this online course where I put all my knowledge into a biological perspective.

Being a teacher all my life is your guarantee that the course is well structured and easily accessible.

I have spent five years studying these new patterns of symptoms and people getting better.

Combining this with my experience as a therapist having people with chronic diseases like Parkinson's disease as my expert area.

All this has given me an enormous insight into this new view upon health.

Most symptoms are stress-related.

That explains why the symptoms vary.

It is doable to get better even from the most devastating diagnosis due to this fact.

You help yourself with what is easiest and that is addressing the symptoms that are varying.

The variation in your symptoms is proof that I am right about this. (think back to the time before you started the medication if you are on a high dose that is controlling your symptoms)

There must be a reason for this variation.

By being very curious about the pattern of peak symptoms, you learn that they do not come randomly.

When you have established this fact for your symptoms in the course, I explain you the four strategies that people worldwide use to get better.

To be effective, you choose two of these strategies and I reinforce your willpower to get started.

It's a 6-week course that will turn around the way you look at health.

Yes, of course, you can get better.

This course will kickstart your healing process and save you a lot of time and money in the future because you will know what methods, what techniques, or which strategy you want to choose and why it works.

There is an upcoming belief that all diseases have a core of symptoms and that stress increases the symptoms.

By turning this fact around and reducing stress in your life, you can work your way to this core of symptoms.

Maybe the core is not as big as you think.

I found out that even the diagnosis we call chronic today can change to the better if you integrate this new set of beliefs and actions.

English is my second language so the course consists of short videos where I present my viewpoints, theory, and steps to become better.

There is a lot of knowledge in the course as I have a big structured library of links to articles, videos, and webpages that support this message.

There are so many people around the world that can express this knowledge in their first language and I'm happy to be the one that has sorted and digested this knowledge for you and put it into a frame that gives you the bigger picture.

If you want to know more you can dig into this library with hundreds of hours of knowledge.

Our brain and body have not changed a lot since our ancestors lived a hundred thousand years ago

Our brain is in version 1.0, not been updated a lot in the last 100.000 years

Our ways of living have changed and that gives us a lot of problems.

Stress is your body's superpower. Fight, fight, and freeze that 100,000 years ago kept your ancestors alive.

To start the cycle of life-saving instincts we get a dose of dopamine for arousal and you start reacting according to your stress type.

Find your biological stress type

Private knowledge: Dopamine pushes your body to the alert start that starts our instinct responses fight, flight, and freeze (unless you can create a state that mimics the false alarm)

But modern life stops us from finishing this natural stress response cycle.

We do not fight or flight.

We stand still or sit passively even when other people are not nice to us.

We do not have a culture that supports a calm life, trust in relationships and natural health.

And we cope with all the dopamine and adrenaline that have made us ready for action.

Being stuck in this combat state for a long time is not healthy.

All body functions are more or less switched off and that gives you your unique combination of symptoms.

Remember that your brain lives in the dark and gathers information from your senses and your thoughts. Watching television is actually powerful enough to create trauma, and thoughts often create symptoms.

Your body gives you stronger and stronger sickness and in the end you are deceased.

With the course, I give you practical step-by-step instructions on how to get better.

It is my mission to spread out the message about this alternative view of self-help tools and knowledge so you can change to a new active player where you can do something to help yourself.

Enroll in The HOPE shortcut course to get new hope and tools to decrease your symptoms.

The knowledge is out in the world.

The example of people getting better is already out there and the few ones that have the technical skills are telling about their tailored recipe to better health in videos and web pages.

The scientific articles to prove all this is already written.

Beliefs are slowly changing.

HOPE is the beginning of any transformation. The shortcut is to absorb the knowledge Gary Sharpe and I have collected over +5 years + 1.5 years together.

The HOPE shortcut calls bring all this knowledge together.

Be part of this silent revolution and help yourself or your loved one by joining this shortcut to HOPE and reduction of symptoms.

As I am busy helping people, I will not use hours and hours to convince you by mail and long video talks.

Like popcorn on a hot pan, the people that are ready will pop.

So do not stay long on the pan of devastating symptoms.

A new life of better health is in the horizon.

Kind regards, Lilian Sjøberg from The HOPE shortcut course.
