Please welcome my therapist Lilian Sjoberg to the substack family. I have been working with Lilian for nearly a year now, creating online courses for people with chronic conditions, and became a client about 6 months ago. She has helped me enormously in that time to reduce my symptoms, and I am a very different place now. Please support her new substack and subscribe. Also check out another new substack, and another of Lilian's clients (Laura). https://sregina.substack.com/p/nocebo-effect

Welcome, Lilian. I've long believed in the possibility of regenerating to health, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. I've long been interested in what tends to be called "alternative methods." I have a bit of a gift as a healer - energy. Not one of my main passions, but something I care about. So again, welcome.

Just had 4 day visit here in the UK with fellow substacker, friend and therapist Lilian. Will be reporting on outcomes and ideas developed during our get together soon. In meantime here is Lilian's opening substack.

💕💕many of us are seeking our own treatments be it over the counter, meditation, exercise, nature, or drugs we are able to source ourselves as needed including ivermectin, antibiotics. My husband has had an odd rash, after a week or so of using OTC treatment, this rash is easing. No doctor visit, no prescription potions or creams. It has been satisfying to work through the steps in this process, we are pleased with the outcome. I have done the same recently with whatever this upper respiratory virus that is going around. I applied the same logic and used the non prescription and prescription treatments needed. We are keeping well and truly away from medical practitioners until they can prove themselves worthy of our trust. It may take a long time. I am a retired family nurse practitioner. I have faith in my education, and experience to work out what needs doing when either of us become ill. I also recognise the long list of misinformation we have been fed for the past three years. Like many, I have had enough.
