I love the suggestion: if you have an inner flight response, go with it right away in a way you can - find some stairs and run up and down a few times - in other words, express that response, instead of letting it stay built up in you.
Yes, it is time we learn to respond to our stress in a more natural way. Run, get emotional, speak up, find a person to listen to it an give you a hug... doing is a lot better than getting stuck
That is very impressive. :-) But also, a complicated study you have made. There are so many aspects.
50 years from now people know that they must not eat, drink or use any artificial products on the skin, as it is nearly impossible to make some without a side effect, that is bigger than the effect you want.
As I am a woman, I also know what natural hormones can do to your mood. There was not a lot of plastic when I was a child. But I am pretty sure it has an impact on younger generations.
Maybe there are groups taking this subject up? I think it is very political, so I do not have the nerve to touch this subject. Sorry
I have chosen only to focus on what is possible for a person here and now. And that is stress reduction.
I am pretty sure that teenagers can benefit from psychotherapy. It is not very important which type of body you end up in, and I feel sad for the children that need to have this option.
Better to make friends with your body. It is very very hard to make the transition from child to teenager.
I am pretty sure there are body memories that push you in one gender direction. The wishes from your father and mother, your siblings, playmates, how stressed the family was during your time in the womb, etc. I am not an expert. But do the possible and reduce your body memories.
We cannot fight what we have eaten in the past. The last tree years have help people to be a little more critical on what we do with our body
I know it was not what you wanted, There must be groups out there? i searched and found these..I do not know if they are of any help
