the link is working now. Yes for me substack is the most important. Facebook... I am preatty sure they supress us. Gary has set up the stress test, so you get acess to that for a month. So take that first :-). see the welcome email about where to find it
Thanks for the heads up on the broken link, I have messaged Lilian about it. Yes, that is the offer, the link to the course will [when fixed] only be shared here for the rest of october so it is only for substack readers.
I can very much relate to numbing from when things are too much and you can't see any way of changing them, so you just have to go through them. I think it's as powerful as anything else. You go through whatever it is - being in a school where so much feels wrong - by going numb so you are in a kind of emotionally neutral space.
Thank you for this post Gary - it helped me out a lot. Healing our triggers is a great way to frame such useful beneficial work. It inspires me to do more learning of the endo-cannabinoid system. This practice has synchronized wonderfully with a recent publication I've been working through, "A Well-Lived Life," By Gladys McGarey, a 102 year-old holistic physician. All so timely. Wishing you peace!
The link is broken to the course.

Also, I'm confused. Are you saying that if we do that course we can do the test free at the end because we're on substack?
Thanks.
