When you go into a body memory that is pre verbal, what kind of stories do you hear?

I listen after methaphors. Objects of any kind. The black rock, the cave, the box, the building. Colors, textures and of cause emotions. It always start with hard, dark colors, stucked, closed and end with light colors soft or disoved, moving.

Dim gardens that are empty and end up with flowers and sun.

People that have been ineg. incubators can often feel eg. the tube in their nose. And it is not really important what happened in "reality". The emotion, the thought is important. Giving it attention and time is the key here.

In my perspective you have

1. triggers from old traumas... what I call bodymemmories, as they come in all sizes, and you can even feel good, when triggered.

2. Beliefs. that is statements familiy, schoool or yourself have installed: eg.:

You must not wear sandals with socks. You must not wear cloths with holes in them.

To mention two things that can trigger you.

One can come from the other.

To change them:. there is a lot of ways.

step one is to be aware about them. Then it is easier to solve them. Some can do it alone, some need profecionals help. We are all different.
